Why not come and see the Village for yourself and learn more about the life and work there? We run group visits that illustrate the complex reality of Israel-Palestine, highlighting the need for Wahat al-Salam – Neve Shalom’s (WaSNS) educational programmes.
Oasis of Peace UK together with TalkMatters– Jews and Arabs Together are pleased to invite you to accompany us on our next trip to the village. We hope the following information helps you to make the decision to come.
Guests stay at the Wahat al-Salam – Neve Shalom hotel. Oasis of Peace UK secures your reservation, but you are responsible for settling your bill on departure. Double rooms are priced at 150 US Dollars per night (including breakfast) and single rooms 135 US Dollars. The trip involves some lunches and dinners in the village, priced at 25 US Dollars per meal.
You are responsible for booking your own flight to Israel’s Ben Gurion airport and should aim to arrive by the afternoon of Sunday 16th November at the latest. Several airlines operate flights from the UK from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and London Luton.
You are responsible for your own onward transportation to Wahat al-Salam – Neve Shalom (a journey of 40 minutes by taxi) but the Oasis of Peace UK office are delighted to assist and co-ordinate taxi sharing where feasible.
In addition to the hotel and flight costs, the trip involves a cost of £550 to cover costs of off-site meals and off-site activities. This programme fee is paid in two instalments: a deposit of £300 paid via Oasis of Peace’s website on registration, with the balance of £250 paid either by BACS or cheque no later than 1st October 2025.

You are reminded that, while the vast majority of travellers enjoy safe and trouble-free visits to Israel, the security situation can fluctuate. Oasis of Peace UK closely monitors this and follows UK Foreign Office guidelines when planning trips. Additionally, as many may be aware, the Village has experienced two arson attacks since September 2020. Since then, we have implemented enhanced security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
Availability for this trip is limited, and places are allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis. A place is secured by completing registration and paying the deposit. At this stage, we are only gathering names as we continue to monitor the situation. If you are interested and/or would like more information, please email Tal Arrowsmith tal.arrowsmith@oasisofpeace.org.uk or Jenny Nemko hello@talkmatters.info.
