Where do we find solace and strength when the pain of the conflict is ongoing? Here in Israel, and around the world, these are trying times, made more challenging by distressing daily headlines and images. If you feel hopeless or overwhelmed, you are not alone.
We’ve learned through our work that action ignites hope. And shared action—when taken by diverse people who overcome differences to fight for a greater cause—can inspire all the more hope and optimism.
This kind of cooperation is possible because we are united by the shared goal to create a future of peace, equality, and democracy that all of our children deserve.
We may not always agree on how to get there, but are unified in our values and our vision. Thank you for choosing to join us on this long, winding path towards a brighter future. Together, we will get there!

For one, our teachers work in co-teaching teams, so their starting point is one of cooperation, partnership, and the pursuit of mutual understanding. The truth is, our teachers learn from one another nonstop.
One of the ways we facilitate this continual learning is through our Educational Leadership Conference, which, this year, brought together over 100 teachers for two days of discussions, dialogue, learning, and bonding and enrichment activities.
We look forward to sharing a video we produced at the conference, featuring some of our most inspiring educators. Stay tuned!
